1. We are looking for a smaller one that grows to only be around 8
pounds or less. Would you know how much the parents of the puppy
weigh?
Guessing weight of puppies is very hard to do. Also, just a
note...most reputable breeders do not breed for small on
purpose...sometimes it just happens. Go to the
AKC website
and look up the breed standard for the Brussels Griffon.

How many weeks old is she/he?
My
puppies do not leave the house until they are at least 12 weeks old.
No exceptions!
3.
How much is she/he?
My price is 2000.00 that includes 3
sets of shots, microchip and spay/neuter. No
exceptions...all pets are spayed/neutered before leaving my home.
4.
Can you ship through airlines or would I need to fly there to pick
her/him up?
No! No! I never ship, You must fly
out and meet your puppy.
5.
Do you know the pedigree for the parents?
Yes, I have pedigree for both sire & dam. Please visit my
website, click on griffons, click on view pedigree under each name and
you can see pedigrees. If you desire, I can fax you a copy of
the puppies pedigree when they are born.
7.
Is there some kind of health guarantee?
See sample contract below.

Can you please send pictures of the puppy along with pictures of both
parents?

Puppy will be sold under the following Terms:
Price for Puppy
$2000.00.
Seller guarantees that
Puppy is in good health and has received appropriate
medical inoculations.
Buyer agrees to maintain Puppy in good health,
provide routine preventative health care, and treatment of
internal-external parasites; a competent, licensed veterinarian care
shall be obtained immediately upon any signs of illness.
During the life of the puppy, buyer is to inform
breeder of any health issues said puppy should acquire.
Buyer(s) shall under no circumstances allow the
puppy to roam outdoors unattended. When outings are desired, the Puppy
shall be provided an enclosure or be on a leash under the close
supervision of the Buyer. Nylon slip choke collar (which seller will
provide to buyer) or harness will be used when on a leash.
Buyer (s) will also
agree for the lifetime of this dog they shall maintain a
properly fenced yard, to ensure the safety and well being of the
puppy.
Buyer further agrees to provide proper exercise as
indicated in order to maintain Puppy in proper weight and physical
shape. A proper diet consisting of quality dog food shall be
fed.
Puppy has been graded to be PET quality. Pet
quality shall be understood to mean that Seller has determined the
puppy should not be used for breeding, and Buyer has indicated
their desired purpose for the dog is a family companion. Buyer
is completely satisfied with and waives any and all claims regarding
the Puppy's conformation, and outward appearance.
Puppy is sold with the understanding that it was to
go to carefully selected
parties and the Buyer AVOWS that Puppy shall become a member of the
family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the
temperament for which the animal was bred.)
If it is reported and confirmed that Puppy is being abused or
neglected by the buyer(s), rights and ownership of Puppy will
automatically terminate and revert back to Seller who may immediately
assume possession. Buyer agrees Seller will REPOSSESS PUPPY UPON
EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE and that Buyer will be responsible
for Seller's fees and costs involved in repossession.
If at any time circumstances are such that Buyer cannot keep
Puppy, Buyer grants Seller Right of First Refusal to take possession
of Puppy, and/or to interview friend, or family member who may want to
keep the Puppy. If seller determines they are qualified then a
new contract will be signed.
Buyer will not sell, give or otherwise transfer Puppy without
first giving Seller Right of First Refusal. Under NO circumstances
shall Puppy be taken to an animal shelter, humane society, or released
to a Rescue group.
Seller agrees to refund entire purchase price up to 3 months
after contract is signed if buyer returns the Puppy.
After 3 months and up to 6 months seller will return half of the
purchase price.
If Puppy is returned after 6 months seller will only refund
buyer whatever amount puppy is re-homed for, in that case a copy of
the contract will be provided as proof of amount.
If the Puppy is never re-homed there will be no amount returned.
Should Buyer choose to break any of the covenants of this
Agreement, the remainder of the Agreement will be considered null and
void, Seller will have the right to repossess Puppy and that Buyer
will be liable for any costs involved in that repossession.
Buyer agrees that Seller shall have the right to enforce
provisions of this contract in a court of law or through alternative
dispute mediation. If legal action by Seller is necessary to
enforce any provision, Buyer will pay for costs and attorney fees
incurred by Seller.
During the life of Puppy, Buyer and Seller agree to notify
each other, within 30 days, of any changes in address or phone
numbers.
